"We stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and overall it was a very good experience. The location is excellent, with restaurants, a pharmacy, supermarkets, and many great places nearby. The hotel staff were very kind, helpful, and always willing to assist us. However, there are a couple of points that we felt could be improved. First, there was no refrigerator in the room. In most hotels around the world, even a small fridge is usually provided. Since we were traveling with a young child, this was a bit inconvenient. The staff kindly offered to store our food in their refrigerator downstairs, but this was not very practical as we had to go down and ask for our items each time. More importantly, there was no telephone or intercom system in our room. If we needed to contact the reception—for example, to request fresh towels—we had to use our own phone. As international travelers, roaming charges can be quite high, so this was not ideal. In our opinion, having a phone in the room is essential and would greatly improve the guest experience."

"I had a single person room without window. It was great room, looked like everything in it was new. I found everything that I needed. Not having window was great during summer since the sun set close to midnight and sun rise was at 3am. Plus I only returned to my room to sleep. But the best was breakfest! Delicious European breakfest with so many choices - several different types of breads, Swedish meat balls, beans, oatmeal, sandwich meats, cheeses, tons of veggies, and even crepes. Lived their breakfast! Stuff was super friendly and helpful. Great hotel for my needs."

"Smaller but comfortable room, well decorated, helpful staff and wonderful breakfast brunch! Walkable to so many things and accessible to ferries and metro. Lots of restaurants and museums in the area. Loved the sauna/cool pool space, robes and slippers provided. Downside for us as we had an alley view,: in the early morning hours the pickup of the recycling was loud, any other time pretty quiet. Had AC but you have limited control so at night would get hot with the comforters on the beds. Pillows were nice!"
