"The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. I felt unwell one day and asked the receptionist to arrange a taxi to take me to a pharmacy. He very kindly did so. Food was great, good selection at breakfast. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was really quiet."

"The facilities are functional and the location is very accessible to tram and bus terminal through the center of the city, the are quite a number of community mall to as well as bars and sit out,most of the buffet breakfast is to very helpful for guests with lean budget, mirafiori is a very attractive and convenient for visitors on business and tourists"
