"Negatives The rental is on first floor of a large house tenants live on the ground floor you just need to be aware of this which is not clear upon first review The major problem is the accommodation is old and tired and requires major update. In particular the bed mattresses are awful. To the extent that after a few days all of the family were complaining of aches and not enjoying a good nights sleep.
