"A lovely apartment, about 25 mins walk from the centre of St Jean de Luz. The accommodation was excellent (we provided our own towels and sheets) and communication with the owner was good. We had one small issue while we were there, but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and expected. Thanks very much!"

"Perfect place to base yourself for exploring both the town and the surrounding the Basque region. The Apartment was just right for a couple and the two Bikes were just great for exploring the town. Having a washing machine in the apartment and the Supermarket, Chemist and Bike tracks adjacent was great. "The hosts were fabulous, friendly and help full. Everything about the apartment was great, large rooms, fabulous views, comfortable beds. Lots of places to visit, close to the Spanish border, for visits to Bilboa and Pamplona. Super beaches, you do need a car to get to them as the house on top of the hill hence the beautiful views. Could not fault it, will definitely return."

"The place is great; modern, American style town homes. Everything you need and location is perfect for that area of the Basque country as long as you have a car. Beware though if you need good wifi, there is only one router for several units and if all units are rented, the wifi becomes extremely slow. Also, communication can be slow, there was a 15 hour period where we were not sure if we were going to have to change properties due to a serious problem because no one was communicating with us -...

"This property was good for a first visit to St. Jean as it is in the middle of the older area and walking zone. However, there is no free parking nearby. The beach is only 3 blocks away and multiple excellent restaurants and cafes are nearby. There is an apartment on the second floor above the one we stayed in and sound traveled. Our apartment itself is newly remodeled and well equipped."
