Charming holiday apartment on the Lindenhof in Garz on Rügen

The apartment with 120sqm living space is located in a modernized country house on the Lindenhof in Garz on Ruegen with a view of the countryside.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a separate entrance.
In the house are still three permanently rented residential units. The Lindenhof is a lovingly restored country house on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Rügen.
Some renovations are still going on at the barn opposite the apartment. The accommodation is not affected.
Enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Lindenhof and experience the diverse beauty of the island of Rügen.
For the final cleaning a flat rate of 60 EUR will be charged.
If required, you can also book duvet covers. Otherwise, towels and bed linen should be brought with you. (Duvet and pillow are in the apartment)
The apartment has a modern bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. Two bedrooms each with a large bedroom with double bed and a single bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. A dining room with fireplace and a spacious living room with modern Smart TV and a hochwetigen and open kitchen living. The cozy roof terrace with modern gas grill invites you to relaxing evenings and it can be wonderful to end the day there. I look forward to your visit to the Lindenhof

Ein schöner Aufenthalt über den Jahreswechsel. Auch wenn die Wohnung nur über Öfen beheizt werden kann, ist es möölig warm in der Wohnung. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man im Urlaub benötigt

Wir haben uns als Familie mit Hund, sehr wohlgefühlt . Einzig die Betten waren nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Das muss ja jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Schlaf haben wir dennoch gefunden, insgesamt ist alles vorhanden, mehr als man erwartet. Die Lage ist super, man kann von dort aus viel erkunden.

Sauber und ordentlich und top Lage. Schöne sonnige Dachterrasse (inklusive Tür, super für Reisende mit Hund!) Innen viele Teppiche, für Allergiker nicht ganz leicht, aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Lage an der Hauptstraße des Ortes, daher entsprechender Durchgangsverkehr. Sehr netter Gastgeber und komplikationslose Kommunikation. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Badewanne und Dusche in einem sehr schönen Badezimmer. Einkaufsmarkt (kleiner Edeka) fußläufig in 5min erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Hof.

Wir haben für 5 Leute eine bezahlbare Unterkunft auf Rügen gesucht und dadurch diese traumhafte Wohnung gefunden. Am besten haben uns die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnraum und die offene Küche gefallen. Dort haben wir auch das neue Jahr begrüßt und saßen bis in die Morgenstunden am Ofen und haben geredet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war schon vor Anreise einwandfrei und es wurde immer schnell geantwortet. Auch bei Fragen während unseres Aufenthaltes war Lilly erreichbar und stand uns zur Verfügung. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

Andreas and Lily were very responsive and helpful and did a excellent job restoring this house in the village of Garz. The place is very central in Rügen and you can get anywhere within about 20min. This unit consists of the entire upper floor and is very spacious and the deck in the back is quiet. The We will book there again, if we get a chance to return.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und groß genug für Familien mit 3 Kindern. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und urig eingerichtet, aus unserer Sicht schöner als auf den Fotos. Es gibt in jedem Zimmer Holzöfen, schöne Teppiche und Holzmöbel - die Küche ist top. Obwohl das Haus an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, sind vor allem Schlafzimmer und Balkon ruhig. Der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen und Grillen ein, ein vorhandener Gasgrill macht's möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, manche Nachbarn dafür gewöhnungsbedürftig, das sollte den Urlaub aber nicht stören. Von Garz aus kann man ganz Rügen erkunden, der wunderschöne Naturstrand vom Palmer Ort ist nur 15min entfernt, die Straße dorthin ist aber mit Vorsicht zu genießen.

Die Wohnung ist eine sehr schöne Mischung aus antiken und neuen Elementen, bietet dadurch viel für das Auge und ist einladend und gemütlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine ein Traum. Die Betten sind bequem und die Couch lädt zum Verweilen ein. Gewünscht hätten wir uns Rollos oder Verdunklungsvorhänge aber das ist „Kritik“ auf hohem Niveau.
