"Good: 1) Good location, walkable distance to beach 2) Beach is wide and nice, not many people, pets allowed, parking is available by hour if needed 3) Nice cozy backyard 4) Spaceous basement To improve: 1) Garage had wood poles after re-constuction. I had to move them around which was heavy to be able to park both cars, it was too narrow and I could not open the doors 2) Air conditioner was pre-set to a certain range that you can't change.
