Guests should not have to ask the front desk about in room menus and dining options, and then be told to ask the restaurant manager the same questions. "

"Tho hotel is clean and rooms are very spacious. We really liked our room and how nice everything was but didn’t like the parking arrangement. Because we were told to park in the Waitrose parking area across from the hotel. There are limited parking and then you have to exit via the shop’s door with your luggage. Other than that it was perfect. The breakfast was really good but the staff could be a little more attentive and pay more attention to the cleanliness of the plates and glasses . "
