"The flat was bright and spacious for 4 adults. It had all the amenities we required. The location is excellent for walking around central Glasgow and a short taxi ride to Queen Street and Central train stations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Such a beautiful location and cottage. Stayed in the Oak 2 Bed cottage and this was a home from home. They think of everything (including sachets of condiments). This stay was perfect for me, my partner and our 9 month old baby. The bedrooms are so spacious so plenty of room for a travel cot in the main bedroom with you or the 2nd bedroom. Waking up and opening the curtains to the views and the sheep was fantastic. We would definitely be going back."

"Lots of good things to say about this place. The history of it being a stable - charming. The smell of lavender planted near the entrance - charming. The sound of sheep bleating if you crack one of the many the windows - charming. Church and old cemetery next door - charming. Young deer visits daily just outside the dining/living area - charming. I docked one star on cleanliness because I found a pacifier under one of the beds and I know they allow dogs but the kitchen smelled like dog -less...

"We were able to visit several areas well known and not so well known from this location. The cottage itself was immaculate and so well appointed with anything that you might need. The host meet us at check in and went over everything and answered our questions. He also sent us some very helpful information about local restaurants and sights to see. We hope to be able to visit again!"

"Barn was lovely. Very clean had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Hosts were lovely and provided amazing welcome back for us. Location was lovely and peaceful. Lots DVD books games and blankets in the barn. Had lovely fire although weather was mild so we didnt need to use. Would highly recommend"

"Strathendrick House was the first stop in a family trip to the Highlands. We found everything about this beautiful home and the area to be perfect and wish we had planned to stay longer. Hector and Heather were responsive and extremely helpful. We loved visiting the restaurants (delicious food options) and grocer in Drymen and found everyone to be so welcoming and helpful. "Appletree Cottage makes a great home base to explore Loch Lomond and Glasgow! We rented a car and made lots of day trips to explore the area. Alli and Murray were very welcoming and helpful with their instructions and recommendations. And beautiful Scotland exceeded our expectations!"
