"very conveniently located 0.7 miles from the Convention center - an easy walk on sidewalk and main roads. Some of the neighborhood further down the road was "sketchy" as my kids would say but we did not feel unsafe at any time. Backyard was nicely done with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit and grill. Outside we could hear traffic and a few trains but not inside the house."

They quickly responded to let us know they’d leave the lights on for us. We arrived and the house was well lit and it was so clean. "Wow, what a great stay! The cottage was very clean, in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. I found it to be a great place to work and relax. The kitchen was appropriately stocked if you wanted to cook or simply get take out. I couldn’t ask for a better stay or host! I've heard of so many different nightmare stays with Premier hosts, so I was a bit Leary. She was wonderful and very attentive. The Cottage itself is so cozy and inviting. "This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends."
