Felsenfest - Light-flooded holiday flat for 2 people in Garmisch

The flat "Felsenfest" is quietly located in the immediate vicinity of the Loisach in an apartment building on the 2nd floor and is the perfect domicile for 2 people.

Light-flooded and bright, furnished with the most modern furniture, the flat offers a cosy holiday nest for 2 people on approx. 50 m2. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet, offers storage space for private things as well as an extra illuminated mirror for the perfect make-up!
A hairdryer is of course also available!

Continue into the open-plan kitchen and living room. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher as well as a microwave and a cooker. Equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, you will want for nothing here. The kitchen is connected to the living room by a small bar. Enjoy the first coffee from the Tchibo coffee machine in the morning! The living room has a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and the appropriate literature for the flat! You also have access to the balcony from the living room!

The bedroom is lined with warm woods and also offers a flat-screen TV and an extra workspace. A small walk-in wardrobe is hidden behind the wardrobe doors so that your clothes are well stored!

This is a non-smoking flat, pets are not allowed. A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage. Storage facilities for skis and ski boots are available in the cellar compartment of the house. A washing machine is available in the laundry room.

WLAN is free of charge! The VDSL 100 broadband access makes streaming with Smart TVs, internet radios or your own tablets a real pleasure. So why not move your home office to the mountains for once?

The special feature: the flat can be combined with the "Oberwasser" flat through a connecting door. Holidays with the extended family can come! Baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request!

Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend. Alles war sauber und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Uns hat die Kapselkaffeemaschine in der Wohnung sehr gestört, da diese Maschinen in unseren Augen die schlechteste Alternative zum Kaffee kochen sind. (Umweltschutz und auch Preis/Leistung)

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, aber gerade das war Perfekt zum entspannen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und man kann Perfekt die Bergtour auf dem Kramer machen und mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell weitere Highlights in der Region wie den Eibsee und die Zugspitze. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schick eingerichtet und man hat alles vor Ort was man brauch. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Schön wäre vielleicht in der Dusche einen Duschvorhang zu platzieren, dann kann das Wasser nicht so weit spritzen und es nicht so rutschig.

Die Wohnung ist für einen Aufenthalt bis 14 Tage für 2 Personen sehr zu empfehlen. Schön gelegen um in Ruhe den Urlaub zu genießen und ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Wir würden wiederkommen!

Alles tippi-toppi: Lage, Einrichtung, Ausstattung Sauberkeit, Abwicklung. Für uns ganz persönlich der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen & Touren, allerdings zum Verweilen, z.B. bei schlechtem Wetter nicht ganz so gemütlich. Durch das vorstehende Dach über dem großen Balkon kommt wenig Sonne/Licht in die ansonsten schöne Wohnung. Bad top, Matratzen bequem, Küche gut ausgestattet - keine weitere Negativkritik! Wir würden wiederkommen. Übrigens ist die kleine Theke bei guter "Strukturierung" absolut ausreichend ;-)
