"Everything was really great and the staff was always very friendly."

"Rooms are beautiful and very small but they are very nice rooms. Hiltons give you complimentary bottled water every day of your stay. I was there 7 days and they had water 4 of the days I was there but ran out on the other days. I hate the elevator system. Definitely needs to be brought up to date. The street outside of the hotel is very dirty and gross. I’d choose a different neighborhood in the future. "

"The property is modern and designed with many on-site sightseeing spots and entertainment options. The room is spacious and has a simple interior design with lovely lighting. It stands out in its neighborhood as a modern complex that’s enjoyable in the room and throughout the whole building. My only struggle when I was living in the property is that, late at night, they are closed for dining or room service order options. But the property is in a busy area, so other food and drink options are within walking distance. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Time square was in walking distance and so was the subway. Taxis were available right outside the hotel. Shopping was very accessible if you enjoy walking. Target, Madison square garden, train station were all in walking distance "

"The location was excellent. We were able to get to the hotel from the airport via shuttle/Subway, plus a few blocks of walking. From there, the Subway and walking were our main travel routes. I didn't need to get in an Uber or Taxi saving me tons of money. All the attractions were within easy destination routes. The clean hotel was a plus for me."
