La Meridiana Relais & Chateaux

"The setting is beautiful, with immaculate grounds and a stunning pool, surrounded by mountains and tranquility but only a short drive from the beautiful Ligurian sea. Golf course Garlenda nearby was fun, and we used the mountain bikes to explore the lovely nearby village of Villanova and were only a short drive (~10 min) to Alassio with its beautiful beaches and lively and elegant town centre. One of the most impressive aspects of all Meridiana was the staff - absolutely fantastic- from front desk ladies who were all exceptional to the waiters who were friendly and genuine people. Giulia, Carlotta, and two other ladies whose name I missed- and of course Filipo, who made great cocktails. While I’m naming only a few, I thought all were fantastic and so helpful. We would love to come back to this special place."

"A parte la strada un po' impervia per raggiungere la struttura, tutto il resto è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e accogliente durante il check-in, e la camera era davvero graziosa e confortevole. Anche la colazione, pur essendo a base di prodotti confezionati, si è rivelata una piacevole sorpresa grazie all'ottima qualità. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri e lo consiglio vivamente!"

"Friendly staff, location is great and lovely beech front position. Hotel is quite old and although fairly well maintained is showing its age since last refurbishment. We booked a room with sea view, which was correct but on the side of the hotel adjoining a part competed apartment block. The facilities on site are all chargeable so take account of that when making the reservation."

"Séjour parfait. Hôtel très bien situé. Charmante chambre, très propre. Déjeuner délicieux et variés. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Air climatisé fonctionne très bien. Prévoir un léger supplément pour entreposage de vélo et serviette de plage. Nous y retournerons assurément!"

"Amazing view, friendly staff, very clean, and quiet. Far enough away from the chaos of the center city, but still very walkable to everything in town and the beach. The bike storage was a great amenity. 10/10 would recommend. We will be staying here on our next trip to finale!"
