"If you are looking for a quiet and restful experience. The Whitney Lodge is just the place. We had a nice room with balcony view of Beaver Lake. We visited over 4th of July weekend and we saw fireworks all around the lake from our balcony. Thinking a stay in the fall would be amazing."

"This property is a get-away paradise. This is our second year to have the pleasure of staying here. We were so excited to come back because the minute you walk in the front door , you feel like your home. It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We pull our boat down to enjoy Beaver Lake and the driveway is large enough for us to park it easily. "Quite an experience. The owners took an old Travelodge property and poured an incredible amount of energy (and money) into it. Everywhere you look there are new structures, fences, decks, etc. The "Forest" is unique and amazing, with a beautiful "mirrored" octagonal steam sauna and cold plunge along the walk with other attractions as well.
