"This property is like going to Grandma's house! Homey and inviting. A great way to connect with each other and disconnect from the world. The kids liked the "old school" Nintendo and VCR. They played ping pong and we had fun the last night making s'mores in the fire pit. Isaac was quick to respond and the property was very clean. Thank you!"

Our only suggestion are blinds for the sky lights, it’s too bright early in the morning or if you are trying to take an afternoon nap, Other than that, we’ve been there 2xs and I know we will be back!"

"I had several family members from out of town for my son’s graduation and some of them stayed here. We were also able all get together here to celebrate the occasion. Everyone slept well in their comfy beds and we also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. The fourth bedroom is off the garage which makes it kind of a fun places for older kids."

"The moment I walked into this home the views blew me away…but views are just the ‘icing on the cake’ to what makes this place so great! Everything about this home is well thought out and met our needs for a ‘home away from home’. Easy access to the lake, kayaks, outdoor living areas were set up & ready for us to just enjoy ourselves. We had an incredible time! Even our rainy ‘inside day’ felt like a beautiful day on the lake. Thank you!!"

"We had a terrific stay. The black barn was just as described and exactly what we were looking. Our family spent the end of Spring Break in northwest Arkansas. The barn was a cozy place to come back to after a day of adventures. It was the perfect space for the four of us with an open plan and great windows. My wife and I enjoyed looking out on the lake from the deck in the morning while we drinking our coffee. The boys had fun in the loft and got excited by the record player and classic rock...

Beautiful, modern and clean.
"We were originally staying at a hotel in Bentonville, but the first night there, there was a tornado and power was lost, so we had to move to another town with power and found Hyatt Place with a vacancy. The front desk staff was superb! They let us check in earlier than the 3:00 check-in time and that helped us so much. After a night without sleep in the hotel that had a tornado and power, it was nice to be able to get into the room early to clean up and change clothes. The breakfast was the best free breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, and there were so many options! The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was comfortable. I usually get skeeved out in hotels, but I didn't here. The breakfast and bar area were very inviting as well."
