"The location, near the Gare, is convenient, but the neighborhood is not the greatest. Namur, great patisserie, is next door. The 5th floor apartment is large, but it requires a walk up a flight of stairs. The elevator is tiny and 50 years old. Kitchen is adequate but certainly not luxury. Same with bathrooms.
