"The place was easy to find in a good locality- close to transport, restaurants etc. It was much smaller than we had expected & we had to call Yann when we arrived to ask about removing a bag of dirty linen & to find out how to get on the internet. Yann replied promptly & the issues were solved. A suggestion for the future - please check the toilet has been cleaned & perhaps move all the food out of the frig. "This property is in a great location. It had a hair dryer and a drying rack for our clothes, and all of the kitchen amenities. The view out the window and the location so close to a metro station and restaurants was incredible. I would definitely stay here again. There is a significant amount of stairs so we did get a pretty good amount of exercise everyday going up and down them. But you could also use the elevator. "Wonderful location, bakery across the street, and one block away from the subway. Quite spacious space, clean, and comfortable beds/pillows/towels! Overlooks a main road, so if you are a light sleeper, use a noisemaker. The owner had great communication and was accommodating letting us drop bags off early. "

"A good location for two, however with three adults, it’s a little crowded. The bed is comfortable but hell to make up, it is nestled between three walls and for an older person it’s a little bit of a challenge to get in and out of. But the location will make you happy."

"Great location, more details on what’s in the immediate area would be helpful. Very narrow stairwell and 3rd floor location would be helpful to those unaccustomed to ground floor being considered floor zero. Need more towels. Instructions in English on how to use the box and washer/dryer would be most helpful. "

"Simple but heartwarming. You can feel authentic mood in the center of cultural district. A good summer memory for me."

"Good location but apartment is old and not many amenities supplied. There was also a mouse in the apartment. You had to pay extra to store your luggage the property wouldn’t hold it for you. Supplied a washing machine but no tablets. "

"The staff was fantastic throughout our stay, always so friendly and helpful. We were particularly fond of the four resident dogs lounging on the staircase in the lobby. The two friendliest, Filou and Noisette, never tired of hanging out with my wife and daughter any time we came through. The breakfast offering was comprehensive with just about anything you could want. The rooms are about the size you’d expect for central Paris. They are kept very clean and have everything you need. The entire hotel appears to be recently renovated with nice finishes throughout, and a very cool artsy aesthetic. "
