The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much."

"I really like the location near the Canal St Martin. Lovely to walk there in the morning. Or join the locals running or biking. Several restaurants and stores near by. A bit far from the main tourist areas but we made it work. Check in was a bit wonky as the instructions told you directions and codes to get into the building and then tell you to go to a keynest store 10 min away to get the keys to get into the unit. Master bed is really 2 twins pushed together so not ideal for a couple....

"Fabrice place was very well located, close to everything you will need to stay in Paris. Communication with Fabrice was easy and he responded fast when we needed him. Fabrice provided us with a lot of supplies and the house has a lot of utensils. We were very comfortable in Fabrice house."
