Host Philippe was fantastic, responded quickly and very accommodating - free WiFi was such a bonus too! "I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult daughters. I read the reviews so knew exactly what to expect. The host was very friendly and offered tips prior to our arrival. The location is phenomenal and in the heart of everything. It was surprisingly quiet given that you are located in a busy area with access to restaurants, etc. The court yard had a lot of charm. The home had a lot of character. We had a great stay in Paris!!!! The only recommendation would be to make the shower door opaque to...

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in central location. We feel safe as only guests with code can enter the building. The rooftop is wonderful. We have 8 people. For Paris, the apartment is decent size and nicely decorated . Pascal always responded promptly. We had to buy additional soap, shampoo, and toilet papers but it’s no big deal. The dryer took very long to dry (3-4 hrs for a small load) so we did not use much because of that. Other than that, it’s a great experience. Thank you."

"Wonderful location, close to everything. We were upgraded to a bigger unit by the host in the same building. We love the open space and large windows opening to the street. Very spacious for a group of 3 adults. The host was very nice and allowed us to check-in an hour early. Host also sent a nice recommendation of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again in the future. The apartment is on the 4th floor with narrow, steep and uneven staircases so keep that in mind."

"The location of the property is perfect, a few metres from Place de la Concorde. We had a studio on the ground floor which was spacious and perfect for a few days in Paris. It is close to the Metro (and the rumbling of trains can be heard but you quickly get used to it). and a short walk to the Louvre. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely book it again. "

"Nice place in a fantastic area. Location and transportation are convenient. The place DOES NOT have AC. The listing is inaccurate. We asked about AC or a fan several times but none was provided. If we had known there was no AC we would not have rented. Higher quality linens would be nice."

"The property was clean and smells so good. Newly renovated and it has everything you need. So close to the metro and the Louvre is a big plus. Safe neighborhood too. It is a few steps to the Boulangerie (bakery) and you can have a nice breakfast and we also enjoyed the restaurants nearby and all are within walking distance. The property manager/owner was very helpful and has made sure we were comfortable. Thank You we enjoyed the experience."
