"We were in one of the river view suites and it was incredible!! The balcony is huge and perfect! We spent every single evening out there watching the boats go back and forth. It could use a blanket or two, but otherwise it was perfect. The room was comfortable. Didn't learn until late in our trip that you can request different types of pillows (gel, lavender, etc), and I wish we had done that on day one. The lights are confusing lol, but I think that's a requirement of hotels now. The concierge was very helpful, very nice, and remembered us our whole stay. Definitely use the large tub, at least once!! If we make it back to Budapest, we'll hands down stay here again."

"We had a great stay. Great location near the castle. I had picked this hotel because it had a/c but it was turned off for the season, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. The room was clean but the carpet needs a cleaning. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and our welcome bottle of wine amenity."

"I had a room on the 7th floor with a roof terrace. This was the reason I booked this hotel, and it was outstanding. Spacious, furnished, with incredible views of the Chain bridge and the Palace on the hill. The property itself has a distinctive decor which you may or may not love. Everything was clean enough, but there was evident wear and tear in the room and around the property, the shower seals had failed and there was water everywhere. At least I didn’t need to clean it up! But these are fairly minor irritations, the terrace made up for it all, and the hotel was well positioned for exploring on foot and by public transport."
