The two-storey property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and four bathrooms (one with a whirlpool tub), accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fan, heating, washing machine, and TV. A cot and high chair are available on request. The ground floor is suitable for guests with reduced mobility, as there are no steps and there is an accessible bathroom.



The villa offers a private outdoor area with swimming pool, hot tub, garden, two open terraces, a covered terrace, balcony, and outdoor shower. The property is surrounded by a 12,000 sqm park; please note the grounds are not fenced. Four parking spaces are available. Pets are allowed if well-behaved and for an extra fee. The property is barrier-free.



Parties and smoking inside the house are not permitted. Waste must be disposed of in the designated bins. The villa is reached via a 600 m unpaved road. Pool towels are provided. Electricity is generated by solar panels. Recycling rules apply. The tourist tax is payable on site. A security deposit is required and will be returned as specified by the owner.
