"The staff was amazing. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning, after evacuating from the Hawk fire in Reno. Our reservation was for that day, but they let us check in early with our dog and cat as soon as they had a clean vacant room instead of waiting until the normal check in time. My only issue was that the hours on the website for the bar and restaurant were not correct, with both of them closing much earlier than expected."

"This is our 2nd time staying here. It’s definitely not a fancy hotel with a bunch of amenities. It’s the basic room that is comfortable and for the most part clean. The carpet could be a deal breaker. Wound be much better with tile floors. It is definitely convenient for entertainment at the lake. The coffee shop is nice. The grounds are a laid back vibe with a small bar."

"It would be nice if you request a cart for your room so you can check out at 10 AM instead of 11 AM like most properties or later that they would bring you a cart waited over 30 minutes. No car arrived so I had to all our stuff downstairs in two trips and then wait 20 minutes for a car"
