"Overall was good. Janina was just lovely and accommodating. She provided tea, coffee, milk, biscuits etc. Everything supplied and bed was comfortable. You would assume the photo shown in the advertisement was the view from the accommodation. However it's the view from the house in front so we found this a little disappointing. Overall not overly roomy but as I said everything supplied. "

"My husband and I fully enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean and the decor make you feel warm and welcoming. The hosts are very friendly and easy to get into touch with. We found that the location is just perfect for our stay. Kingston Beach is just across the road and there are choices of nice eateries and cafes nearby. "We were extremely impressed by this property & particularly our host Peter. He was welcoming & very helpful in every way. All his suggestions proved to be spot on. We also enjoyed a delicious salmon meal he had cooked for us! The property was very clean, well appointed and just a short walk from the beach, with easy access by car to Hobart & other interesting sites. We highly recommend staying here."

"My partner and I spent three nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The apartment was adequately stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay and had the most amazing views of Hobart, especially spectacular at sunset and sunrise. "The property was great in many ways. For us the NBN was not suitable for streaming. However we had telstra 5g which worked fine. NOTE: We had plans of using the 2nd bedroom during our stay but it is ONLY available when 3 people are staying and if we had our grand children overnight it would be a extra $50 per night. We ended up using a rewards night in Hobart west which was better value."

"A beautiful and tranquil place to stay while touring Bruny Island. The breakfast is wonderful and the warm bread is a treat. Beautifully presented unit and has everything I you need. The only thing that I can fault is being a tall person I did not realise how many times and near misses of hitting my head on the curbed wall to ceiling....but that was one of the things I fell on love with from the pictures before booking to stay. I would happily stay again.....we absolutely loved our stay here...

"The host was friendly and helpful, but I suggest a review of the needs of a traveler be re-considered as the space is very basic eg no extra cutlery, glassware, plates or coffee mugs if inviting visitors to the room. One hand towel only was provided. Self - catering essentials to support the traveler were minimal eg no cooking spray or oil. No cushions, no extra pillows to provide additional comfort. Shampoo, conditioner and soap also minimal. "
