"Driveway was a little steep, maybe warm guests in the description. Everything was clean, and functions were well labeled in the control panel. Michael responded quickly via user of a phone he leaves in the RV just for contacting him. Joyce is very helpful as well and we appreciated knowing we didn't need to worry about the check out time since the next reservation wasn't our check out day. This RV is well stocked! We loved the little "extras" near the coffee maker, and in the bathroom. Location was perfect as we have friends in the nearby campground! Wonderful, quiet place to stay and celebrate my sister's birthday. Thank you!"

"The property was perfect for our group that was a mix of adults and multiple kids. We were able to dock our ski boat and jet skis at the dock on property and had easy access from the public boat launch in Ione. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable with plenty of beds for all of our kids. Our group loved the pool table and volleyball court! The host, Katie, was always very prompt to respond to all questions prior to our trip and even replaced a hot water heater within 24 hrs of realized we had no hot water. Location is perfect with beautiful river views and will definitely be staying here again."

"Great location and well maintained. The only drawback was that the A/C was noisy and could not keep up so that by "bedtime" it was 80 degrees inside. We joked that we would never have made it 75 years ago before A/C was common. All-in-all, we'd definitely stay here again, just not in the middle of the summer when it's in the 90's outside.⁰"
