Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig am Ortsrand von Garding. Joggingrunden oder lange Spaziergänge im weiten Marschland können direkt vor der Haustüre beginnen. Vom Balkon kann man wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge beobachten und natürlich draußen sitzen - was an Ostern 2024 natürlich nicht möglich war. Die Waschmaschine im Badezimmer ist sehr praktisch.
