The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the house and backyard. You may park cars in the driveway and one one the street in front of the home's yard. Possibly 1 at street in front of driveway. Please do not infringe on neighbors' parking spaces. If the street space is in front of their yard, it's their space. Likewise, if the street space is in front of your front yard, it's your space. There is additional street parking on the Horton Ranch Rd that runs along the neighbor's backyard fence that does not affect the assumed parking spaces of neighbors.

– There is a staircase in the home that leads to the four other bedrooms.
– The property can accommodate some 4 vehicles. Please don't park in front of neighbors' houses.
