Desert Palms Hotel & Suites

Hilton Anaheim
10/10 Excellent
"I’ve stayed here 3 times now while going to Disneyland. Everytime the front desk, concierge, bell man, & housekeeping are always amazing. Even the people at the market are so polite and have the best coffee. I requested more Kleenex & coffee and they brought it right up. The pillows were super soft. Even the gift shop ladies were dolls. I would suggest more kid friendly room service options."
Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Garden Grove
8/10 Good
"Well situated, exceptional for excessive street noise late into the night. The breakfast was really impressive and staff were solicitous and helpful. The shower was cold, seemingly when we got started earlier than others, suggesting the hot water heater was far removed from our room. We had the shower handle break off and they were responsive to fixing it. All in all, it was a good, affordable base for our adventures in Anaheim."
Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim Garden Grove

"The property is well located for excursions to the Disneyland parks. There is a shuttle which travels back and forth until midnight and was very reliable. We were not aware of this opportunity until the hotel let us know and had information about it in the lobby. We fully utilized this service and appreciated the staff showing us where the pick-up point was and how to book tickets. Well worth the price! The property was well maintained and very clean. The outside area is a nice place to relax and wind down after a full day of activities. The rooms were well appointed and very quiet. The front desk staff were each and every one delightful - helpful, competent and sincerely interested in knowing we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves. We would definitely stay here again."
Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"As a newly handicapped person staying in one of your accessible rooms, I was happy with the layout of the room and ability to navigate the hotel in a wheelchair. The hotel & room were clean, comfortable & quiet. My only thing is that if you book thru hotels.com you can only modify your stay thru them. You can't call the hotel and extend your stay. You would have to do a new booking. Wish this was more clear at booking and I would have booked direct w the hotel. Thanks!"
