"Overall a pleasant stay especially if you are planning to explore and just use your room to sleep its a good base especially for your first visit to new york. Subway and trains stations are all accessible & all shops are a stones throw away, although for some staying in times square can quickly become overwhelming if navigating yourself through big crowds is not for you. I personally enjoyed my stay a lot and the rooms are extremely spacious something that is quite rare in NYC which is a big bonus point (deluxe twin room with sofa). However criticism wise I would say the rooms need to be cleaned to a much higher standard and this is their downfall I would say, we constantly found insects in the bathroom especially around the shower drain and that was quite unnerving. We had limited interactions with the staff however Frank and the concierge/luggage holding staff were all polite and welcoming however upon checkout there was one VERY rude lady at the reception desk who shooed me away when approaching the desk and turning to her colleague to question whether it was her that directed us to approach the desk. I didn’t catch her name but it was at 11:10am on 5th Sept 2026. Her mannerisms and entire interaction was degrading and uncomfortable to be on the receiving end of, she had served someone in the queue before me but refused to serve me not even clarifying the reason why and I quietly returned to the queue to wait for another member of staff. She needs re-training!"

"Very clean. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful, My friends and I loved our King Suite with Balcony, They really made my stay special for my birthday upon arrival I received a free bottle of Chardonnay and gift bag waiting on my when I entered my room. My stay was exceptional. I would stay here again."

"Very noisy from the street, even on the 40th floor, but it IS Times Square. Motorcycles revving throughout the night. Big room. Fast elevators. Kinda pricey but it was Labor Day weekend. Very conveniently located for subway and many shows, shopping"

"Excellent location, on Central Park between the Ritz and the Plaza. The room was very nice and quiet. Very walkable location and to jump on the subway."
