"Great hotel in very convenient location. Air conditioning wasn’t great and opening a window was very noisy. Location is amazing to everything you want to visit in Munich. We were there for Oktoberfest and walked every day to the grounds. Also, the city center is very walkable. There is an organic grocery next door and some convenient fridge items right in the hotel on the first floor. Was very easy to walk to and from the train station. All in all really nice hotel in the center!"

"Staff were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. None of the rooms had a/c and the warm weather made sleeping difficult. The hotel did refund part of my stay for which I'm grateful. Hotel common areas appeared to be nice. If the aircon isn't working, I'd reccomend the hotel advertises this on their websites like others in Munich rather than getting complaints. The area is quite some way from the city centre but there are very good transport links (tram) to get about. The area...
