"Staff were not always attentive at the front desk. They are too busy attending to the store operations. They can use more professional and welcoming approach, especially at checking time. Store was great! No balcony. Window view was unpleasant. Check out time was great!"

"The hotel was well cared cats for. The bed cozy. There was a fridge and hairdryer. They supplied water bottles daily. Walking distance from American Memorisl Oark, micro beach, and many restaurnts and shops. Provided airport taxi at afee."

"Thank you, Mr. Wong for exceptional customer service and your kindness. You are a major reason I will book at this hotel again. You were an excellent host and very responsive to my many requests. I had the most amazing stay at your hotel. The aircon and fridge are ice cold which is rare on Saipan. The water pressure is strong and has both hot and cold water. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious and it is centralized to everything on island, including a quick 3 minute drive to beautiful Micro Beach. Safety is important to me and the hotel has a front desk and the room doors have multiple security locks. Photographers, check out the sky deck for the most beautiful shots of Saipan's sunrise and moonrise. I took some great photographs of the full moon rising."

"My room was clean and the staff was nice. The lobby is quite hot but there was a friendly cat there that greets guests. My room was close to the bar area so I could hear.the noise but I just ignored it. It would best if the doors also had double-bolt for safety. You need to bring your own shampoo and soap, too; but towel has been provided. Good aircon quality!"

"The staff were very accommodating for an early check in. The property is located in what used to be a busy part of Garapan but now feels like a ghost town (but safe). The beach is accessible. The hotel offers in room and spa services - they are worth the price! Saipan makes a great quiet destination for those who live in busy cities. "

"Room had an amazing view of the ocean. They came in daily to clean our room and refresh the towels. Staff was always friendly and courteous. They let us use the laundry after hours. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, a bakery, and a super market. Overall, an incredible place to stay!"
