Clean room great breakfast

The Voco Xi'an Hotel was the perfect place for my visit to Xi'an, coming and going from Xinjiang. It is convenient to the metro, clean, friendly, and well equipped with restaurants and a fitness center. The room was excellent and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I would happily stay here again!

Great location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they resolved any issues quickly. The hotel also offers a good variety of quality food options. The facilities are clean, and our room had a wonderful view of the city. There are a few areas that could be improved. The property is somewhat dated, so more frequent inspections and proactive maintenance would help identify and resolve issues before guests encounter them....

Very clean , quite , and comfortable ..staff very friendly.

Great location close to convention center, walking distance to an outlet mall. Clean and quiet. Only thing is - don't get fooled by the map on Expedia, it is NOT close the the railway station, we learned it the hard way, but we still liked the stay.

We stayed here last year and against this year. Great location next to the subway line as we took the bullet train to Xian from Beijing. We stayed at the executive room, so we have choices of breakfast at the lounge or downstairs at the buffet, great selection of breakfast menu, indoor swimming pool was awesome, both my 10 & 8 year olds enjoyed their stay here. There's a decent hot pot place across the street from the hotel in the mall, if you don't mind people smoking at the tables around...

Better than I expected. This hotel is literally excellent in every facet.

Great location and very nice large room. Nice, large shower. Property ia very new and modern. Great value.

I like the friendly staff and free breakfast.
