"My daughter and I were greatly disappointed with our first-time stay at this hotel. It offered business hotel amenities but was clearly a "love motel". We encountered trouble immediately upon arrival starting with check-in ~ no English-speaking staff and a delay as our reservation had to be verified because it was the hotel's first time having guests book through Hotels.com. "Cleanliness and service is excellent. Staff is helpful and polite. Would be very good if room can be slighly bigger for 3 adults. Bath shower is very good with strong water pressure. WC is state of the art and you'd had a hard time adjusting back to a normal one. Hotel is right at the centre of action."
