"It was a bit tricky finding the entrance at first and had to go down a steep hill. There's a large parking space. The entire place looked really pretty. The room structure was unique. There is a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains and a stream. You can have bbq at the balcony for extra fee. It would be great to visit in the summer and swim in the stream! There were a lot of spider webs between the trees. It's really eco-friendly. "

"Nice place in a quiet location—overall a comfortable stay. One note: the listing mentioned a gym, which was a main reason we chose this apartment, but there isn’t actually a gym in the building. We also had three guests but only two towels provided. Additionally, it would be helpful to have basic supplies like a sponge or paper towels available, as we didn’t realize they weren’t included until after we had already gone to the store.With a few small updates, this would be a great stay."

"I will not return to this hotel in the future. The negative aspects of this hotel negate the all the positive things about it for me. The hotel is neither close to gangnam or gangbuk. It is quite a distance away from most of the attraction sites in Gangbuk (easily taking 50-55mins using subway and walking). I will choose to stay either at Gangnam or close to attraction sites in Gangbuk the next time. More importantly, the staff are unhelpful. Polite but unhelpful. I don’t think it is individual staff necessarily. there is no concept of hospitality across all front desk staff. I find their lack of caring profoundly upsetting. I’ve contacted the hotel 4-5days prior to our arrival enquiring if we could check in early because we had a dentist appointment at 2:30pm after arriving from Australia at the hotel in late morning and would like to have a short rest before getting to the dentist. They sent a very standardised email advising they cannot guarantee an early check in and it will depend on availability. On the day of arrival, they advised there is no availability and they were going to check us in only after 3. There was no offer to use their changing room and shower in their swimming pool to freshen ourselves up or offer of contacting us earlier than 3 if a room was to become available.instead I was told if I want to check in early, I need to pay for a day which got me thinking that they do have rooms available but just don’t want us to check in a couple of hrs early."

"I had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The entire property is very well kept and beautifully maintained, with modern, updated spaces and amazing amenities. Everything was extremely clean, from the common areas to my room, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. My room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff members were consistently kind, courteous, professional, and accommodating, which made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality options. I also ordered room service and was very impressed by how quickly and efficiently it arrived, as well as the quality and presentation of the food. The location is perfect, convenient and well situated for exploring Seoul and getting around the city. Between the excellent service, cleanliness, amenities, dining, and location, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again during my next trip to Seoul!"

"The rooms are the premise is very clean and pleasant. We enjoyed it very well. The staff are very friendly, sociable and so cooperative in organizing things. The breakfast is typically Korean but a bit lacks variety to chose from. Many western tourists were there but I guess everyone missed a typical breakfast in the menu. The time for breakfast is also short. At least the time should be extended to 10 in the morning. The unlimited offer of free bottled water in the Hotel was very commendable. In general, we enjoyed our stay and we recommend the Hotel for a good budget booking. Thank you!"
