Tres Delfines 4ºC Solo Familias!

NO SE ADMITEN GRUPOS DE GENTE JOVEN EN EDADES INFERIORES A TREINTA AÑOS.

Bonito y acogedor estudio, recientemente reformado, en el edificio TRES DELFINES, en la zona norte de la playa de Gandia, en la Avenida del Nord 7, a tan solo sesenta metros de la playa. Este residencial tiene unas amplias zonas ajardinadas con su pinada, y una bonita piscina con escalera veneciana para facilitar el acceso. En las inmediaciones encontramos de todo tipo de servicios, restaurantes, heladerías, prensa, supermercados, etc..

Coqueto estudio en cuarta planta con ascensor, de orientación fresca Norte, capacidad 2/3 personas, con un sofá-cama doble y un sofá-cama individual en el salón-comedor, pequeña cocina office con lavavajillas abierta al salón, y bonito baño con plato de ducha. Ofrece aire acondicionado en el salón. Terraza con toldos de orientación Norte con vistas al mar y a zonas ajardinadas. Estudio muy acogedor, ideal para familias, a un paso de la playa. Se admiten mascotas bajo petición, peso máximo 10 kg.

A la recogida de llaves depositarán una fianza de 150 € para cubrir extravío de llaves o incumplimiento del horario de salida. Está se devolverá en cuanto se desaloje el apartamento, o por transferencia en caso de desalojo fuera de horario de oficina. La gestora de los alquileres se reserva el derecho a no devolver la fianza hasta pasadas 48 horas del desalojo, por si fuera necesario revisar el estado del alojamiento.

Entradas/recogida de llaves a partir de las 13:00 horas. Salida/desalojo antes de las 10:00 horas.

La playa de Gandia ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta, la pendiente de entrada al agua es suave, ideal para los peques y los más mayores. Hay gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios.

Incluye cambio ropa de cama quincenal.
