Of course, the male staff member was also very kind, though unfortunately we didn’t get his name. During our stay, the weather was quite hot and the room temperature rose a bit, but we requested a large fan and it was promptly provided. Me and my wife stayed for just 2 days but it was one of the best experiences that we can get. The breakfast was with multiple options and was of top quality. "The breakfast was fantastic, many varieties for guests to choose from, items were replenished immediately when the level is low, attentive staff. The hotel staff was amazing for letting us do early check in and getting a bigger room (great view), also sending us the guest mobility ticket so we can have free transit before checking in, great service! The room is quite spacious, it can get quite hot in the room on the top floor (there is a cooling air condition fan to use - helps a bit). "
