"Nice new hotel close to train station. Room was very nice. Only unfortunate thing was room is just above staff smoking area and the garbage. It was so hot in the room with no fans or AC but if window was open we choked on smoke. After midnight it was nicer and cooled room off. "

"My stay here far exceeded my expectations and I did wonder whether there was anything else I would suggest, but there was nothing I would add. As a solo traveller I found the hotel to be very accommodating and would return here with friend and family. The breakfast was good and had options for different dietary requirements, although if you’re vegan it may be worth double checking ingredients with the team. Everyone was so well mannered and helpful. At times, it felt like I was using the facilities for the first time as they were so clean. There is no air conditioning but I didn’t find this to be a problem at all in warmer weather as the room stayed quite cool naturally. The spa was barely used and I found the experience so peaceful. Well done to the team here! "

"Beautiful classic old hotel in Wengen. Close to the railway station. Good buffet breakfast. We got an upgrade to a corner room with spectacular views of the mountains. Electrical could do with upgrading although everything worked. Staff were very pleasant"

"Beautiful location. Make sure you arrive before the last train from Lauterbrunnen leaves before midnight to go up to Wengen. Love the car free town. The view from our hotel was amazing."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The room was spotless and had little closets to hang our clothes, the hotel staff were super friendly and extra helpful, and the view from our terrace was stunning. A short walk to the train station and a grocery market near by just gave us everything we were looking for during our stay in the Burner Oberland area. Thank you!"
