So friendly with surprises for us like a room upgrade, a chilled bottle of champagne, a 1/2 bottle of red wine, our large room with a beautiful bathroom, living room with seating, wonderful bed, great restaurant called Sfizio with delicious food and a lovely manager! The front desk personnel were very helpful and kind. Walking distance to the major sights including the Duomo, Opera, Galleria Vittorio Emanuel’s II, etc. Fantastic! "

"This property was in the centre of Milan, so extremely easy to walk to most places we wanted and very convenient for shopping. Also 5 minute walk to the Metro( which was very clean and reliable. 7 stops on the Metro and easy to navigate our way into the airport. "

The hotel is brand new, which really shows in its design and cleanliness. It is compact, but the space is used very efficiently — everything is well-organized and aesthetically pleasing. A small note of caution: be careful with the parking. The parking facility is not managed by the hotel, and unfortunately, my car was damaged while parked there. This is not the hotel’s fault, but it is something to be aware of. The hotel is relatively expensive, but I felt that the value for the money was good. You get what you pay for in terms of comfort, service, and style. In summary, I would recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again. "
