If you use Gambir station for your transportation, this hotel is located about 10 min by car from the station. All staff welcome you and tries their best to make sure my stay is comfortable. "It was a 3 star hotel and still is a 3 star hotel at best. The tv in the bedroom did not have service and the staff gave us lip service about fixing it but never did. The restaurant service was poor had to go to the kitchen door to get them off of their phones for service. The front desk service was good.
