The village:
The holiday home is located in a newly built village called Borgo La Fungaia, consisting of 9 small buildings divided into semi-independent ground-roof apartments for tourist accommodation.
The village has a large common swimming pool (approx. 16 x 6).
The swimming pool is open from 13 May to 30 October (indicative dates, based on seasonal weather conditions and availability), kept clean by the pool attendant.
Ample parking and shared green areas maintained by the garden attendant.
The village is completely fenced.
The village is totally immersed in the thick chestnut and oak forest, reachable through a dirt road that from the main road leads directly to the entrance. The nearest structure is about 500m away.

The House:
The accommodation has an outdoor garden area for private use of approximately 50sqm.
The interiors are developed on three levels, for a total of 60sqm: on the ground floor there is the dining room with double volume in height, with kitchenette and fireplace; a utility room, dressing room with sink and bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. On the mezzanine floor there is the bedroom with a double bed on wooden slats. On the first floor, the mezzanine used as a living room develops with a sofa which, if necessary, becomes a comfortable bed with mattress for two people.
The house is equipped with an LPG gas boiler for the continuous production of hot water. Wall-mounted radiator heating system. Electrical outlets in all rooms.
