"sofia greeted us at check in and upgraded our room. it was beautiful but didn't have a double bed (there were 2 single beds pushed close to each other. i asked her if there was anything she could do and she moved us to another room with a double bed. better but it was noisy being on the first floor and the bed was terribly hard. she moved us AGAIN to yet another room. third time's a charm as this room was quiet, spacious and grand! thank you sophia for going way above and beyond to make us happy!!!"
