The living area is bright and comfortably furnished, featuring an open living/sleeping room with a panoramic window, a sofa bed (140 cm wide and 200 cm long), a dining table, and a satellite TV with a flat screen. This room also provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is one double bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm wide and 200 cm long) and an exit leading to the terrace.

The apartment comes equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience. The small kitchen in the entrance area is outfitted with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, and Senseo Capsules for coffee machine(PADS).
