Beautiful home

My family and I really enjoyed our time together at this property. The decor was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The beach was clean and not a bad distance to walk to from the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Our second time staying at Sea of Grace

This is our 2nd time staying here a week each year. Both stays have been incredibly relaxing as the house is in perfect condition and is great for a large family. We’ve been super happy with the design and quality of the home along with the ample parking. I’d highly recommend Sea of Grace and my family will return next year!!

Quick Labor Day Getaway with Family & Friends

The house was spacious and beautiful, comfortably accommodating a large group of kids and adults. Its prime location offered a stunning beach view, and we didn’t leave the house or beach all weekend, as everyone had a fantastic time. The large kitchen easily served our group of 20, making meals effortless. The rooms were very comfortable, with private bathrooms for each family, and there were plenty of lounge spaces for us to enjoy each other’s company while also having areas for privacy when needed.

The BEST!

This is THE BEST beach house rental ever. Even when it’s 40 degrees in December we still manage to enjoy our time at the beach in this gorgeous home. We can’t wait to come back!!

Fabulous Family Trip to Galveston

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea of Grace in Galveston. The property was well located, spacious, and outfitted with everything you'd need to host a large group. The Beach Club on property was fantastic and the beach access was convenient. We're hoping to return in 2023!

Wonderful family weekend

The Sea of Grace is by far the nicest home we’ve stayed in, in Galveston. It’s beautiful inside and out, super comfortable, and had plenty of room for our large family to spread out. The beach is a short walk away, and was nice, and not overly crowded. If only the weather would’ve cooperated, but it allowed us to fully enjoy this wonderful home. We would definitely choose this home again for our annual family getaway.

Family vacay

Concerned after Hurricane Beryl but everything was fine. Flooring and sheet rock repaired… couldn’t tell anything had been damaged. Internet was out for a day but that was out of Melissa’s control. This was our 3rd year to stay and always have a wonderful time. Thanks Melissa

Sea of Grace

My family enjoyed a long weekend at Sea of Grace! The home is beautiful and the location is excellent with easy access to the beach and Pointe West Beach Club. There is great space downstairs to gather. Melissa was very responsive and kind. We hope to enjoy the home again!

Family Celebration

State of Grace is a beautiful and comfortable house and we loved it! We had 7 adults and 4 children and never felt crowded. The beds were great as was all of the beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, glasses and several serving pieces as well as pots and pans. We fogged around the house when we arrived due to the mosquitos (they were bad) and that helped a lot. You need to bring your own beach toys and chairs as they are not provided by the owner. The swimming pools were great and the crossover was nearby. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and the beach was great! Lots of space... multiple balconies, two separate ice makers, two sets of washer/dryers with another set on the ground floor that's not connected yet, plenty of really comfortable beds, lots of extra beach towels, concierge was great... Owner was quick to reply to all messages and really easy to communicate with before and during our stay. (FYI, this house is listed as a five bedroom, but the 5th bedroom is more of a loft room with plenty of beds but no door. ) We had a great time!

Beautiful beachfront home!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home even during a cold winter front. The owner and manager are wonderful. The views were breathtaking along the entire living area and many rooms of the house: wide expanses of dune, beach, ocean, and Texas sky. Our family enjoyed our visit, warm and cozy, on comfy linen and beach inspired furniture in such a pretty setting! This home decor is gorgeous and practical. Even the designer lighting had layered options for bright overhead or soft ambiance in every room. We can’t wait to visit again!

The Best Ever!!!

This was our sixth family reunion. We had 30 people in 4 houses on the beach. Sea of Grace was simply unbelievable!! Perfect in every way - pure luxury and beautiful. All the extras included. Pointe West added the pools basketball and pickle ball so it was great. Will be better when the bar and restaurant open again. All in all the house was simply grand for our best reunion yet!,,

Absolutely AWESOME house!!!!

We have a large family with lots of kids and grandkids and this house fit everyone comfortably. Love the room layouts with Kings and bunk beds and the upstairs bunk room was the cutest ever for the 6 kids that slept there. Huge well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating, two sets of washer dryers, generous amount of beach towels. The porches also had lots of room for eating or relaxing. The best part was the gorgeous master bedroom and porch which was our get-away for a respite from the crowd! Early morning coffee and sunrises; beautiful beach views: everything you could need and a great location. Loved everything about this house and owner!!

Amazing house in perfect location!!

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous beach house! The house is exactly as it is pictured. It is beautifully furnished and a wonderful size for a large group! The kitchen is huge and fully equipped for cooking meals for a large group. Plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, and serving pieces to go around. The bedrooms were a great size with very comfy beds, and the kids loved the bunk room on the third floor. It was a nice space for them to go and watch a show after being at the beach all day. Melissa was great to work with and easily available for any questions that may arise during the stay. Overall, this is an amazing house in a perfect location overlooking the beach!!

Pretty, but

Overall very beautiful place. However, grill was absolutely awful. Could not really use. Grilling is extremely important. Second, oven only broil. Can't have that with large family. Ice maker not work I Nguyen. We rented out 25711, next door too and relied on their appliances.

Sea of Grace exceeding all expectations

Everything from our intro letter and check in info, to the parking, amenities, and check out instructions were presented and handled with professionalism and customer care. The home itself was amazing in every way, and not a person in our group was disappointed with their stay. The beach access was convenient and the three stairway entrances plus a three floor elevator make all the coming and going a breeze. The bedding and furniture both inside and outside on the many decks were all top notch. The master suite with huge double shower, deck, and bonus lounge area with coffee bar was a pleasure. TVs everywhere with a great lineup of channels and excellent Wi-Fi around the house made it easy to work remotely, catch a game, or even hide out from the crowd and keep up with a favorite show. And, talk about a “hide out”, the quiet, 360 degree views from the cupola were a family favorite. As nice as the rest of the house was, nothing compares to the wide open kitchen and living area with a wall of windows looking out over the deck and unobstructed views of the Gulf waves on the shoreline. It’s a dream kitchen in a dream location with plenty of room for a large group. A great time for all. We are already thinking about our next stay. Thank you Melissa for sharing your wonderful home.
