Second story, professionally-cleaned, recently fully renovated 420 square foot apartment. We offer a safe, comfortable beachside sanctuary for your much-needed and well-earned vacation.
We are "BOI" (Born on the Island) and love showcasing the best things Galveston has to offer. We are less than 4 houses away from award winning BBQ on the Island, and a quick walk to the Beach & best restaurants and nightlife. This unit is a second story garage apartment.

Please note that there is a separate free-standing home also located on the property- The garage (with access to the washer and dryer) is shared.
Other things to note
Regarding your pets, we are also dog-owners and dog-lovers, and understand how nice it is to have your four-legged family members welcome, too.
We appreciate the La Quinta policy- all breeds, all sizes, no charges. We have tried to adopt the same policy, and ask that you help us maintain it by:
(1) ensuring your pets are flea-free,
(2) ensuring pets are up-to-date on vaccines,
(3) keeping the property in good shape, trying to keep the effects of shed to a minimum (i.e. no shedding pets on the sofa/bed if possible),
(4) cleaning up poo,
(5) respecting other guests that may be staying in the front house, and please
(6) do not leave dogs that cannot be left alone, do not bring dogs that must be crated unless you bring a crate or dogs that have aggression issues unless you will be with them at all times when others are present.
IF YOU WANT TO BRING YOUR PET(S) WITH YOU, YOU MUST TELL US WHEN YOU BOOK. We need to let our cleaning service know. If you do not, EXTRA FEES WILL APPLY.
Across the street(ish) from Queen's BBQ, a 2 blocks to Brick House Tavern & Tap and Joe's Crab Shack. Not a fan of the National Chains? Not a problem, we love our local restaurants and bars too! Gumbo diner, Bronco Burritos, SHRIMP n' STUFF!!! All so close. With all the delicious seafood, how will you chose! And, of course, the MAIN attraction, the beach is a short 2 blocks where you can get your sun on and ride bikes along the seawall for some breathtaking views (and STELLAR people watching!!!) The Historic Galveston Island Pleasure Pier is less than a 1 mile away (a SUPER easy bike ride), and the Historic Strand (2.3 miles) for more delicious dining options and CANDY at La King's! The Galveston cruise terminal is less than 3 miles and Schlitterban/Moody Gardens, as is less than 4 miles away. Pro-Insider tip, for a good free time with your family, take a ride (in your car, or on a bike) out to the ferry terminal to Port Boliver in the evenings and take a free ferry ride (15 minutes each direction) over (and back) and watch the dolphins jumping up and around the bay. The kids will love it.
There is private gated parking available for free off back ally of house. Parking is a tight fit for larger vehicles, and you may need to park on the street in front of the house if your large vehicle won't make the turning radius. There are a variety of bicycle sizes for you to use in the garage, and you're welcome to store your own bikes in the garage. Galveston has spent a significant amount of time and money putting in easy to use bike paths throughout the East end making it very bike-friendly. It's often quicker to get around on foot/bike than it is to get stuck in your car on the seawall. Plus, your body and earth will thank you!!!
