Please note that Pelicans Perch is the upper unit of a duplex. Start your vacation off right at Pelican's Pearch, a great place for the whole family after a day at the beach. This 3-bdm, 2-bath upper unit is located in the central district of the island in a colorful neighborhood just off Broadway. Ask about our special rates for longer-term stays. Larger crowd? We have other units for everyone to stay together in one place.

Please note that Pelican's Perch is an upper unit of the duplex. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Other things to note
A fee of $100 per night per person will be charged if the number of overnight guests exceeds the number on the reservation.
An additional fee of $200 per pet will be charged for undisclosed pets.
An additional fee of $250 will be charged for smoking inside the house.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
