This new construction home positioned directly on the bay will be completed on Aug 1, 2023 and available thereafter for you, your family, pets and friends to enjoy. With 4 master bedrooms and a bunk room, 15 sleep comfortably. The home is equipped with an elevator from the ground floor to the first to make life simpler and more enjoyable. The home offers a gorgeous view of the bay, a private pool and spa. The home also caters to families with all ages as it includes a full size crib, pack n play, high chair, baby monitors, sound machines as well as indoor and outdoor games and toys. In addition, you will have access to the lazy river and beach club pool available through Pointe West. From the clubhouse, the beach is a short two minute walk. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen while watching the sunset from the back balconies. Memories for a lifetime will be made here!

Ground floor: Private shower, EV charger, large outdoor dining table, private pool and spa overlooking the bay

First floor: 2 primary suites (king beds) with ensuite bathrooms, chefs kitchen with Thermador appliances , laundry room and living room with gas fireplace. The first floor deck is equipped with outdoor kitchen and large seating area to take in the views.

Second floor: 1 primary suite with a king bed and a set of full over full bunk beds and ensuite bathroom, 1 bedroom with a king bed and third bedroom with 2 sets of full over full beds share a large bathroom, bonus game/movie room with built in desk and additional exterior deck with spectacular bay views.

RESORT FEE:
The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. This applies for ages 5 and up. The fee is $25 per person (ages 5 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, hot tubs, workout facility, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, basketball, and pickle ball court as well as resort sponsored activities for the entire family. Sippin on Sunshine is now serving outdoors at the poolside snack shack & upstairs bar (seasonal hours apply). Indoor restaurant is currently closed for repairs.

**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds, pools, elevators or restaurants. Those are separate entities. Purchase of the resort amenities (wristband) is optional.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to enjoy these resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season is June-November. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully!
