When everyone returns from beach days, cook up amazing meals like you never left home in the grand, sunlit kitchen that offers all the amenities needed to make any recipe with ease. Age-appropriate dinnerware is available for younger guests. End your evenings with your feet up on a deck and delight in the summer breeze, or cozy up by one of the TVs for a movie night. This home also includes a wet bar with counter seating and a large dining table for meals or family game nights.
Pointe West Resort is just a short walk away, with an infinity pool and a kiddie pool, walking paths that span several miles, a fitness center, and a beautiful lagoon for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. Galveston Island State Park is just 12 miles away, and you can have some family fun at Magic Carpet Golf, just 18 miles away.

Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.
The on-site restaurant/cafe is no longer available.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
