Amazing Gulf Views, Pets Welcomed ADA Ramp, Fenced Yard, Direct access to Beach

  • Escape the noise and crowd of Galveston City and relax with the breeze and sound of crashing waves at this beach-side house in Sea Isle named 'Beach Haven, Sand & surf are just a few steps away from the spacious second level deck. Enjoy great views of the beach as well as watching your family and friends playing in the sand from living room (see pictures for views). Ample large windows also allow similar beach views but from the comfort of indoors. There are four bedrooms on the main floor with 3 baths. The main floor sleeps 10. The ground floor bedroom with 1/2 bath can be rented separately and sleeps 2 more. The ground floor bedroom will Never be rented to a separate guest but gives an additional space for those guests that need a little extra room. The rate is $85.00 for one night or $75.00 a night for multiple nights. There is an Out door shower with Hot and Cold water, so a guest just renting the main area has 4 bedrooms & 3 baths plus the extra out door shower. Use the large shaded area under house for cook outs with family and friends even if weather is not perfect or gather to enjoy the cool ocean breeze. Also know that your dog kids (all sizes of dog kids welcomed) have a fenced in yard with ramp access - for easy up and down potty breaks, groceries, luggage and wheel chair and/or walker access.


    Open concept floor plan provides a comfortable area between kitchen, dining, and living area to spread out and entertain indoors while taking in the beach scene thru large French doors with two large side panel windows.

    If you need to stay 'connected' while at the beach, 'Beach Haven' has high speed Internet access (Wi-Fi) and AT&T U-verse HDTV for all your entertainment needs.

    Covered parking for up to 4 cars underneath house while paved driveway can accommodate 4 more.

    Enjoy access to the Sea Isle community swimming pool just across the main road on the bay side. Home owner association office sells $100.00 pass for 10 people for each week of your stay. Public boat ramp is also available on bay side both less than a mile away.

Facilities were excellent. Plenty of room for ten people. Proximity and beach access were second to none. We have stayed there before and will stay there again. Highly recommended.

All went well with our rental and we had a great family beach trip. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Linens were nice and appeared new. Of most importance to me was being able to see and hear the surf. I would stay here again.

We’ve stayed at Beach Haven several times. It’s perfect for our family. The ramp and fenced yard are great. There’s unobstructed view of the gulf from the deck. It’s just a short walk to the beach. We’ll be back. The owner is easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Milan was an excellent host. He answered all my questions and it was easy to get in touch with him. The house was very nice. Fenced yard was great for the pups. Walking distance to the beach. Great place.

The house is behind 1 other house, but you can still see the beach pretty well from the deck. The fenced-in yard was great for my dogs, and the ramp was great for everyone!

The beach view and access was perfect! Plenty of outdoor seating and area to relax. The home was easily accessible for a wheelchair! The use of the ramp was easy! Everything was clean and in working order. Kitchen well stocked with items to utilize! Host was very responsive with the few questions we had! Would definitely visit this house again on a yearly basis!!

The views were lovely and it was great to have three bathrooms for our group. There was a mix up with the cleaning from the previous guests, and Milan quickly got it taken care of and completed. There is no hot tub which as a bit of a bummer.

Excellent Stay - As Usual :)

We have stayed at this property several times and it is always clean and well appointed. Beds are comfy, the view is spectacular, and the hosts are responsive. Can’t wait to return next year for our annual trip!

Great place for memories!

Great place/location to make some memories! The house is very accommodating and has everything you need to enjoy the beach whether from the patio or on the beach. We definitely recommend this property.

Awesome Home

I say home because that is the feeling you get when you stay here. It was our third stay at Beach Haven. The place must be loved by its owners because it is improved and better each time we stay!

Wheelchair friendly

Our stay was terrific. My father in law uses a wheelchair for mobility and the house well accommodated the wheelchair. Wonderful view of the beach and owners were amazing.
