"The accommodations were spacious and very comfortable for our family. Everything was within walking distance and we enjoyed our time there very much. We had several parking options nearby (paid or unpaid for a slight walk) and we also had access to a grocery store if we wanted to cook at home. The historic property is unique and the interior was beautifully appointed. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Lecce. The city is beautiful and the location is very central. The house was very clean and nicer than the pictures. The rooms are beautiful and everything worked well. Maria was very helpful and communicative- thank you for making feel at home! As a note when staying in the old city: parking will be a little distant, so expect to walk about 10 minutes."

"We had such a great Holiday in Martignano. The house is very big with 10 rooms or so. The owner was waiting us while we arrived in the night and well informed us where to get good bicycles to travel to the beaches and places around. It was pleasure, thanks. Can only recommend."

Communication with the owner was very easy and extremely helpful to answer questions about the area, restaurants, history, arraging parking close to lodging. Lecce was our base to visit Gallopli and Otronto. A day in each city worked well for us."

"This is a very comfortable, well-equipped apartment located very close to one of the gates into the Old Town of Lecce. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. There is also a Conrad supermarket less than a kilometre from the apartment. The only minor irritant is the presence across the road from the apartment of a mobile fast food van which can be quite noisy in the late evening and early evening. "We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. We really felt at home, we took great pleasure in using the BBQ in the evenings and enjoyed the warm evenings. Definitely going to be visiting again. "Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."
