Seafront apartment. 3 double beds and 3 bathrooms

Wonderful apartment facing the sea in the center of Gallipoli. The apartment is new and has three double bedrooms all with private air conditioning, a seaview living-dining and also with air conditioning where there is a double sofa bed. 8 beds in all who become 9 by adding an emergency bed (provided by me at your request). The master heavenly bed and the purple room has a private bathroom, while the yellow room has a balcony overlooking the sea. Besides private bathrooms in the rooms, there is also the main bathroom of the house. Served from the living room there is also a balcony overlooking the sea equipped with completely comfortable seating. Pictures of the panorama you see are not tourist photos, photos are taken by me from the balcony of the house. TV 40 '' and Sony stereo with USB port and iPod dock / iPhone.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Luigi wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Vermieter sehr nett. Wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit schönem Ausblick. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Der Vermieter Luigi war supernett und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Vielen Dank.

Casa in ottime condizioni, appena ristrutturata, con 3 camere da letto grandi e 3 bagni. Io ho effettuato il soggiorno in nove persone e ci siamo trovate bene, se non per il letto singolo(puff), scomodissimo da far male la schiena. Pur di non dormirci sopra ci siamo stretti in 3 in un letto. Consigliata per 8 persone, ma sconsigliata per 9. Posizione vicina al centro e a 10/15 minuti di camminata per Lido San Giovanni. Per Baia verde bisogna noleggiare un furgone. Luigi si è dimostrato serio e disponibile fin da prima dell’arrivo con vari consigli e suggerimenti. La casa va lasciata in mattinata però.

From the moment Luigi invited us into this beautiful apartment we fell in love immediately with the spectacular views, the cleanliness throughout and the superb decor and furnishings. The location is excellent and it is very easy to reach the historic centre of Gallipoli old town. The apartment is fully equipped making the experience a real home from home feeling. The views from the balconies are truly picture postcard from every aspect. We enjoyed the sunrise from one side and the magnificent sunsets on the other. We took breakfast in the sun and watched the sunsets while enjoying a cocktail on the balconies. Luigi provided us with all the information required to enable us to fully enjoy and explore all the places of interest. Luigi has a garage available if one hires a car but we were happy to walk to all the local attractions or sometimes take the frequent local transport. The train station is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We loved this holiday so much that we have booked to return later this year. Truly, an apartment highly recommendable. Judy and Phil.
