If you are diving to Gallipoli - make sure you park the car by the port (free parking) before you drive into the historic district to avoid a fine as it is restricted to residents only - if you drove onto the island, tell the hotel so that they can notify the authorities that you are a hotel guest. It rained and the balcony flooded because the downspout from the roof emptied right into our balcony leaving two inches of water for a day and 1/2. We could not use our balcony that we paid for. "
