"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The most serious issue was getting trapped in the elevator for approximately 40 minutes. It was a frightening and stressful situation, and unfortunately, the way it was handled made it even worse. The staff were rude and lacked empathy throughout the incident. "Our family stayed here in early June 2 teenagers and my wife using a wheelchair we found the accommodations really great, very clean and close to everything. There's no attendant at the front desk so Support is only over the phone which we found a little bit difficult especially on our late check-in. but other than that it's a great location and we'd stay here again."
